Our Wings Team Members are the face of the Red Bull brand and are our product ambassadors. The purpose of their job is to utilize the Mini Coopers to support our product trial and awareness initiatives whilst communicating certain occasions when one may need the benefits and effects of a Red Bull; at work, whilst playing sport or whilst studying, just to name a few. They are the eyes and ears on the ground that listen to how consumers perceive our brand and our product, sharing this useful insight with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities. They are an instrumental part of the organization also supporting other marketing & sales functions in order to realize a fully integrated marketing-mix and 360 degree collaboration.

Target new and infrequent consumers through charming and light-hearted interactions
Convey an athletic, adventurous and natural image reflective of our core sports, events and premium brand
Maximize product trial and leave attendees with a positive brand experience at Red Bull events and selected 3rd party events
BE THE PRODUCT & BRAND EXPERT
Understand our product portfolio and proactively communicate product functionality, efficacy and benefits
Confidently and reactively answer any product or brand questions and concerns from consumers
Track consumer feedback and concerns about the product and usage and provide insights to manager
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Red Bull properties and athletes
BE THE EXPERT AT ENGAGING CONSUMERS
Be a social chameleon with a sparkling personality that can approach a variety of strangers and interact naturally to develop brand loyalty
Find new and creative ways of reaching consumers at the right time and collaborate with manager and team members to bring ideas to life
Be able to identify future Wings Team Members while out in the field and exchange contact information for hiring manager
Act as a Red Bull Ambassador at all times and is excited to share Red Bull content on their personal social networking pages/websites

Full-clean driving license is required to operate Mini Cooper
University student AND/OR active involvement in on-campus groups, community-oriented clubs and associations.
Work under diverse weather conditions.
Stand and remain mobile for day-long sampling missions, walking distances of up to 5kms and carrying Red Bull product.
Lift/carry a minimum of 1 tray of Red Bull (9lbs).
